Buying and Selling Homes in Cincinnati

Last night, one of the news programs (and it may have been something I saw on CNN) talked about how in this down housing market many real estate agents are leaving the business for jobs in other fields of endeavor. These ex-agents say they have to work elsewhere because they are unable to sell homes and nobody is buying. And that does make some sense — buyers are focusing on foreclosed properties and are buying them through the banks. Furthermore, even though house prices are lower than they were a year ago, many middle class families in cities such as Chicago still do not earn enough to buy a home.
OK. So lots of young real estate agents have left the business for now. Still, from what I hear, most of the experienced, well-established real estate agents say that they are quite capable of weathering the storm. The established agents are not leaving the business, agents such as Amy Broghamer, who represents Cincinnati Real Estate in its multitude of forms.
